X-Men Origins - Wolverine will be released in May 2009 (although that might change as the movie is still in the post production phase)
Directed by Gavin Hood, staring Hugh Jackman as Logan/ Wolverine, who lives a mutant life, and is out to get revenge on Victor Creed (Sabertooth) for the death of his girlfriend.
As it seems to be the Vogue now, this movie is the prequel to the X-Men film trilogy and tells the story if wolverine and his time with Team X before his skeleton was bonded with Adamantium, the indestructible metal.
I thought this was quite an interesting video to watch , although for the life of me I really can’t see as much depth in the X-Men movies as Mr Hood seems to attribute them.
Granted - they are fun movies to watch and might have good action, but thats about it.
Anyway, Scifi Chick posted some great shots from the movie, and it seems that as an action movie it will not disappoint.
