Why wouldn't Boba wear the armor of his father? It would make sense sine he was last holding his helmet. Either Lucas feels it would confuse the audience for Jango to look like Boba or it's a chance to sell another action

Would you really want Jango and Boba to look exactly alike? PErsonally i like the silver. And remember, in EP4 then Boba is around 40 so maybe he didnt want to look exactly like his dad.

How do you know it isn't the same? The only difference I can see is the color scheme. In fact, some have gone so far as to speculate that the dent in Boba's helmet came from Jango bumping his head on the door of Slave 1 in AOTC. It probably is his father's suit - he's simply modified it to his
