Ok, just wondering whether Plo Koon survived the batte at the end of AOTC's, because he wasnt on any of the ships with the other council members....

Mace Windu, Adi Mundi, and Kit Fisto are on one ship, Obi Wan, Anakin and Padme were on the other and Yoda was off sorting out the troops.

Also where the hell was Adi Gallia in the whole film?

yes Plo Koon does survive! he appears in episode 3! trust me! he plays a big part in ep3.
