Yep.

According to the timeline in the front of the New Jedi Order novels ...

Ep I = 32 years before Ep IV

Ep II = 22 years before Ep IV

Ep III = 20 years before Ep IV

Ep IV = 0 years before/after Ep IV - DUH!!

Ep V = 3 years after Ep IV

Ep VI = 4 years after Ep IV
