I would have Boba Fett working in Jabba's Palace as a slave, he brings things to him (as he does in later life) and is stuck there like Luke was with Owen.
It would be very dark and much more like EMPIRE...

I would assume the fight with Obi takes place on another planet, Obi leaves afraid of Anakin, hiding away...Luke is delivered to Owen Lars...

How does he get to Tatoonie?
What I think will happen is he uses the clone growth drugs to grow up fast. He fights Mace, but, not using the normal Fett armor. Just when Mace is bested he ask 'Who are you'. Then then mystery man remove his mask and saids 'I am Boba Fett, you killled my father, perpare to die'
