SW characters who deserve immediate execution

1) Jar-Jar 2) jedi knight played by LA Law & NYPD star Jimmy Smits, bad casting move GL 3) Ewoks shoiuld be aborted before conception

Even funnier-these characters that you hate, are far better conceived than any character YOU will EVER imagine with your own brain. Your only skill is nit picking the creations of others.

For me the ewoks dragged down Ep 6 to the point where I liked Ep 2 about the same or even more.

There's nothing wrong with Jar Jar or Ewoks, except for the weak-minded fools who keep complaining about them.

Jimmy Smits played Bail Organa, the Senator for Alderaan - he isn't a Jedi Knight, but he WILL be back for Episode III along with Jar Jar.

And barely noticeable. I would have realized that was Bail if not for reading comments on this group or theforce.net. They should have aleast had someone call him by name.

I guess he was in some scence that were cut, too bad. It would have been interesting to see him interface with the regulars, aspecially filtering with Padme in front of Anakin. But, he was little more then background in 3 scenes.

a) he wasn't a Jedi and b) he's a very good actor.

Jimmy Smits is an excellent actor, but doesn't belong in SW.

He never played a Jedi. He was Bail Organa, the Senator from Alderaan, and father of Princess Leia. He was executed quite savagely in ANH.
