are the clone warriors the same as the storm troops in ep 4-6? because palpatine aka darth sidius aka the imperator could have taken them with him...

Some would be yes but you have to remember clones are relatively human and have human lifespans or less due to having part of their life cycle accellerated. However if they keep the cloning program going then I guess an infinite ongoing supply of stormtroopers could be possible. But if they clone troopers why not clone darth vader and increase the strength of your force that way as well. I think the cloning facility gets destroyed somewhere along the way but I could be wrong.
