I'm entering my SW Toys into a database & came across R5-D4. I'm using Rebelscum.com as a reference list for the variations & on the R5-D4 figure they say something about a Straight Latch Stick or L-Latch Sticker. I can ususally figure these things out but I'm stumped on this one. Any one out there know?

The little latch on the bottom of R5-D4 that makes him pop open came in two variations, one was a straight button, and the other was the same, but the end tip of it was bent at a 90 degree angle to prevent little kiddies from hurting their fingers when they pressed the button. Since the card wasn't changed immediately (I'm not sure if it ever was changed at all), the instructions on the back of the card was covered with a sticker on some figures to show the newly modified instructions for the newly modified push-button. Hence the 'L Latch Sticker' version.

Errm, I've got three boxes full of notecards cataloging all SW action figures from vintage to present, a task I took up at the request of Emperor when he was still running the AFS site. It was a monumental thing to accomplish, but it's done and will eventually make it's way to my site.
