I'd say it's likely she doesn't know what the consequences of those emotions could be for a Jedi. I think she reacted to him as a person who lost his mother first and foremost.

Go ahead 'Fruity Booty', make my day...
You could tell she was shocked but he had just come back with his murdered mother and all she was probably thinking of was helping him get through his obvious pain. What I like about this scene is that you can tell Anakin is still good despite what he's done. It's not too late for him... not yet.
