I think early to mid-30's?

People said that by ANH... he's ~55 - 65?

Thirty-five, possibly thirty-six. He was twenty-five in TPM, and it's been just over ten years (but not eleven).

he's 25 in TPM and 35 in AOTC, making him about 60 in ANH.

As others have said, early to mid 30s. Which makes him only about 11-16 years older then Anakin.

I saw the movie for the 3rd time today; likely the last time before it's out on video. One thing that I picked up on more then before is how Ob1 stresses 'young' when calling Anakin his 'YOUNG Padawan learner' considering how litlte the age difference is between them I can see how this would annoy Anakin. I have a brother who is 10 years older then me pulls that kinda stuff once once and awhile. After hearing that for 30 years it's getting old.

Maybe it's possible that 1 earth year does not = 1 Star Wars/Corasaunt year.

Then that would make everone older or younger by the same factor.

In TPM Anakin is alittle kid the equivant of an earth 9-10 year old. 10 SW years later he is in his late teens/ very early 20s. ! SW year is about 1 earth year.
