Please don't flame me for asking a question that may have been answered in here many times.
Are the Storm Troopers in Ep 4-6 clones?
In ANH when Leia sees the storm trooper come into her cell on the Death Star, she says to him 'Aren't you a little short to be a storm trooper?' Was she just slamming him, or is it because she knows that all storm troopers (as clones) are the same height?

No, after the Clone Wars, cloning is abolished, so the Stormtroopers in ANH, ESB, and RotJ are not clones.

Not that I can think of offhand from the movies. It was discussed at length in the Thrawn Trilogy in the books, however.

Since Stormtroppers are in the military there are certain physical requirements to join up. It's as simple as that.

That's been spectulation ever since the movie first came out, and we won't know until next episode for sure.

1. Like that would really matter to Sidious. 2. I don't remember the movies saying that, and we know that the books can't be fully trusted, Obi-Wan and Owen aren't related.

But also was there any hint, aside from Clone War references, that Stormtroopers could be clones in the orginal movies ?

I am perfectly willing to assume that it is only a reference to physical requirements of Storm Troopers. but it is interesting to think that George Lucas might have played on that line knowing that the Storm Troopers were clones
