So, as far as I'm concerned, Anakin shouldn't feel bad about killing everyone because in the Star Wars universe, you can't exactly arrest someone for murder.

In a sence the raiders need to be wiped out. Their entire way of life seems to be based on theivery and murder.

But Yoda was wrong. Anger does not always lead to darkness, the anger at injustice can lead to positive action. Because one black woman got anger enough not to give up a buss seat, the civial rights movment got started (ok techically there more to it then that; but you see my point).
