OK, before I will reveal to you what I think the title of Episode III is going to be, I feel that I must tell you why the movie will get the following title.
The titles of Episode I and IV are somewhat similar. 'A New Hope' and 'The Phantom Menace' are both titles which contain a deeper meaning related to them. You will have to watch both the movies in order to find out what the titles mean. Also, neither the good guys nor the bad guys are mentioned in either title. The first title merely realates to the bad guys, whereas Episode IV relates to the good guys.
You will find the same similarities in Episode II and V. Just by looking at the title 'The Empire Strikes Back', you know that the Empire will attack the Rebellion before even seeing the movie. 'Attack Of The Clones' is the same. We already know that there will be clones in the movie, and that they're gonna attack. We also know that the movie will take place during the Clone Wars. Also, the good guys are mentioned in Episode II, while the bad guys are mentioned in Episode V.
In Episode VI, 'Return Of The Jedi', the good guys are mentioned in the title, and the title has multiple meanings. It is clear that George Lucas will find a similar title for Episode III.
This clearly proves that the first, second and final installment of each trilogy has somthing in commun.
Also, to make the pattern more complicated, each sequence (I & IV, II & V, III & IV) are either opposed to one another. Let me explain:
The 1st installment: In the title ANH, the New Hope is directly related to the victory for the Rebellions, while 'The Phantom Menace' is the mystery of the Sith. These titles are opposed to each other; Good and Bad. Grammatically they are also opposed; in Episode IV they have used the word 'a' while they have used the opposite word in Episode I: 'the'.
The 2nd installment: These two movies are both similarities and dissimilarities. They have used the word 'strike' in Episode V, and the word 'attack' in Episode II, as well as the bad guys and the good guys being mentioned in each title.
All of this has been done intentionally! I see it all to clearly now:
Episode I & IV: Titles have profound meanings, neither side is mentioned and titles are dissimilarities (grammatically). Episode II & V: Titles have shallow meanings, bad and good guys are mentioned. Titles are both similarities and dissimilarities (grammatically and in meaning).
And now...
Episode III & VI: Titles have multiple meanings, good and bad guys are mentioned and Titles are both similarities and dissimilarities.
You see the pattern?
THIS EXCLUDES TITLES LIKE 'COLLAPSE OF THE REPUBLIC' AND 'RISE OF THE EMPIRE'
It cannot be 'Fall of The Jedi', because there cannot be the word 'Jedi' in two titles. Neither can there be 'Knightfall', because that means basically the same thing. The title has to be one with several possible meanings, and it has to mention the bad guy(s).
And this is where I tell you how I have reached my conclusion about the title of Episode III. Grammar is something George really likes to toy with. Episode II and Episode VI have rather similar titles:
Attack OF THE Clones Return OF THE Jedi <Noun> OF THE <Good guys or bad guys>
Episode V has the following title:
The Empire Strikes Back THE <Good guys or bad guys> <Verb> <Adverb>
The pattern is still the same, see? Just like Episode I and IV have only 3 words each in their titles.
Also, whether the good or the bad guys are mentioned changes with each title: Episode I: Episode Episode
Scroll a little for my personal opinion on what Episode III will be called.
STAR WARS Episode III AN ALLY TURNS AWAY
It all makes perfect sense. It could have multiple meanings, because the Republic has several allies, as has Palpatine. Someone are bound to change sides in the dark time that is Episode III. But most importantly, Anakin, who is an ally for the Jedi, will change sides too. The dissimilarities with this tiltle from Episode VI is that 'a' has replaced 'the' from 'The Empire Strikes Back', like between Episode I & IV. The verb 'Turn' has also replaced 'Return' from Episode VI.
And the grammar matches that of 'The Empire Strikes Back', just like it does in Episode I and IV and Episode II and V.
DISCLAIMER: This is just a possible title, there could be other titles, but it HAS to follow this rule, and it's very hard to find a title like that.

I don't care if it makes sense. It won't be the title.

The fatal flaw in your title is that it doesn't evoke memories of Saturday matinees or Buck Rogers. It's a good title, but more like a chapter stop in a book than a title to Star Wars.
When AotC was announced, I came up the the exact same argument on the names. Aggressive verbs (attack, strike) and the structure for Eps. 1 and 4 are all done with reason. But even knowing that, I still can't think of what the title will be.

'The Executor'
There are a number of flaws in this 'concept'/hypothesis... You are assuming GL is following rules, but this was disproven in another of GLs films. Every 3rd titles mirrors those used before. This effectively makes the 3rd and 4th titles in the same format, although they should be opposite.
Sadly, I cannot supply any further information on this until about September when the first concept artwork arrives, but the epIII project is called 'betrayal'. The title won't be known until about early 2004 anyway

What part of 'Ignore this post' didn't you understand? *points to newly upgraded post*
The reason I changed it was because I thought the clones were bad before the movie was released. So the whole 'good/bad' guy relation has been altered now. That is, of course only a small part of the whole concept.

'The Executor'
Where does it say that... do you read your own posts, before sending?
We had to be introduced to the Clones, as in epIII there will be two types.
