How to be a real Jedi knight

Oh why fight him? If he wants to call it God and you want to call it the Force and the Muslims want to call it Allah, does it matter? To each his own.

I don't believe Star Wars has any hidden religious meanings.

This jesus is a Jedi view is seriously ignorant, anyone who has studied various religions and philosphies, or is even just as sad a Star Wars fan as me will no that the religion/philosophy that the force resembles is Taoism.

Just do a search on Google for the Tao Te ching (The Path, or the Way), and you should be able to find a downloadable copy, read it through, it basically is Lucas' Force.

Even lines in the movies you can tell hes lifted them straight out of the Tao Te Ching.

I have heard that Lucas did indend the Force to be a kinda amalgam of several religons, mainly eastern. However, eastern religons lack the concept of redeption which Christianity is center around. At the end of Jedi when Anakin turns back away from the Dark Side that is Lucas's Protestant unpbring leaking out.
