But why were there three headstones on/in the ground when Anakin burries his mother Shmi? Who are the other two? Cleig Lars said that 30 ( I think) went out but only 4 came back, possibly the other 2 head stones are from the failed rescue party, but maybe not.

I have to assume, that since Owen is Anakin's step-brother, that Owen's birth mother had died, so one of the headstones was hers, the other, was Shmi's, the mystery is, who was the third for?

Yeah I noticed that, one seemed small, much like settlers gravestones, small for children, a lost son/daughter? Obviousally Cleeg has been married/had relations before, because Owen is obviousally not 10 years old.
