I'm not sure if my eyes are decieving me, but to me it looks like one of the members of the meeting on Geonosis is also a senator seen in the second last shot of the film. During the meeting scene, as the camera is slowly panning by the members, you can see on briefly on the far right, a CG character who is big and furry. If you watch carefully in the shot where Palpatine, Bail and the other senators are watching the clonetroops being loaded into the transports, behind Palpatine is a very similar looking character.
