Shmi, Cliegg's ex-wife (Owen's mother), and, perhaps his son... Ben?
IIRC, the assassian droid cuts through the window to the right of the bed (as you look toward the bed). However, the window being replaced when Padme is packing is on the left side

Did I miss a mis speak in the movie, or a line in the book, where is everyone getting this son Ben from?

It's called speculation. Many people (myself included), based on information that IIRC was in the novelization for ROTJ, believe that Obi-Wan (aka Ben) is Owen's brother. This would be revealed in Episode III and would explain that third smaller tombstone in the Lars' graveyard.

I'm confused - why would there be a tombstone for Obi-wan/Ben when he's still alive?

I thought the same thing too, yet look carefully. It's actually the correct side on the right. (Depends on how you look at the bad)

What is telek????
I noticed
1) Same exact sounds used in Jabba's palace used in the nightclub scene (very quickly but)
2) Ratts Tyrell species seen very often. Coruscant and Tatooine. One is seen driving a speeder with a dug as the passenger.
3) 'UH OH', 'Roger Roger' used by battle droids when facing the Acklay. Same remarks in TPM
4) Droid C-3po is working on, is shown on ANH
5)Same sound on Anakins speeder as the ones in ROTJ
6) 'I have a bad feeling about this' Used by Anakin this time

I understand what you're saying, ... but still, having a tombstone for someone you know is still alive seems rather weird and depressing.
I would like to read that... but I suspect that Lucas isn't going the ROTJ novel 'Ben Lars' route, because the Skywalker family's connection to the moisture farm has already been revealed. Luke will probably be taken to the Lars farm at Padmé's suggestion, as Obi-wan will probably ask her if Luke has family anywhere.
But, hey... we shall see!

In TPM Qui-gon siads something to Shmi about if Anakin had been born in the Republic he would have been tested for force potential at birth. I suspect that when a child is born it's one of a battery of standard test done. If the child test positive, then the parents get the *good* news that the jedi are going to take the child and raise it as a Jedi. What is not clarifed is if when the child is taken if it completely divorced from it's family never to be seen again, or they are just raised in the Jedi boarding school with minial contact with previous contact.

A battery of tests? Nah. Just take a little blood and check the midichlorian level. I don't think the tests are done at birth, either (though logically it makes the most sense if it were RL). After all, Qui-Gon said he would have been identified 'early' not at birth. And I'm not sure the Jedi want the general populance to know about midichlorians. Either way, the children are identified early and taken to the temple. I'm not sure whether or not the parents have to give permission. Even if they do, I think most people are conditioned to think of the Jedi as different than them, and would gladly hand the child over. I'm not saying they'd be jumping for joy, but I don't think many would choose to keep the child.
They may get a midichlorian test at birth, then come back a year later and test the kid. Seems like parents would be less willing to give up kids then.
