I started this thread on the Star Wars message boards with:
-When the Love Theme screeches to a halt mid-kiss when Padme pulls away from Anakin's agressive courting.
-Jango and Obi Wan face to face glaring at each other while playing their verbal fugue games...
-Yoda casually ' Hryrming' and leaning back on his Gimer stick after showing Count Dooku what's up...

Go ahead 'shake', make my day...
This meeting is one of my favourite scenes in the movie. They both know what's going on but neither is prepared to reveal too much. Obi-Wan's glance at the armour and his 'ever make your way as far into the interior as Coruscant?' is great particulary as he follows up with the unexpected, 'then you must know Master Sifo-Dyas.'

You can't possibly miss out 'Good Job.' That really cracks the whole cinema

I also noticed a weird, chaotic/dissonant musical theme at the moment when Anakin appears to be going slightly nuts (I think it was just before he slaughtered the Tuskin camp.) Nice touch.

I saw it again last night, and I have to say that one of the scenes that stands out is that bit where Anakin goes of into the desert on his speeder (with the attack of the fates music) to look for his mother. Classic.
