In the movie the only payment Janga requested was 1 clone for himself. Was this Boba? So Boba is not his real son, just a clone of himself?
That's why Boba Fett can grow so quickly and start wiping out the Jedi in Ep 3. Bet he has a fight with Mace Windu.

Actually, it is '...in addition to his payment, which is considerable...' he also requested the clone. That's not all he wanted, how do you think he buys all those replacement jetpacks?
