This has always bugged me and maybe I'm dumb because I never hear anyone else talk about it. When the falcon is on the death star and the scanning crew goes aboard, they apparently beat up the scanning crew and get the storm troopers to come in so they can shoot them and steal their uniforms. That gets Han and Luke disguised, but how did Obi-Wan and the droids get from the falcon to the control room without being noticed? Did Han escort them as if they were prisoners? Did Obi-Wan play a mind trick on everyone watching?

The hangar was mostly empty once the two stormies had been dispatched.
Exceedingly poor security but it's part of Anakin's plan to let the rebels escape and track them back to their Yavin's base.
