No way - the worst has to be 'She expressed her true feelings for me'. Ugh.
Nope - 'Look you need all the help you can get, she's the fastest ship in the fleet'.
NOOOOOO!!!! That line's an eyerolling kick in the nuts... I can't think of a truly great line.
Damn near anything out of Hayden's mouth...

Best - 'I recognised your faoul stench when I was brought on board.'
Worst - 'That's impossible, even for a computer.' (note: What does the prequel existence of droid armies, particularly droidekas, say about the quoted line?)
Best - 'Chewie, take the professor out back and plug him into the hyperdrive!'
Worst - 'We have spotted Imperial Walkers.' (no shit, Sherlock)
Best - 'It's against my programming to impersonate a deity.'
Worst - 'Han will have that shield down, we've gotta give him more time!' (Insanely illogical assertion - Han's delay probably means hi has been captured or killed, so no amount of time would help him then.)
Best - 'The ability to speak does not make you intelligent.'
Worst - 'Qui-Gon told me to stay in this cockpit, so that's exactly what I'm gonna do.' (Yes, but I'm sure Qui-Gon expected the cockpit to stay in the hangar - nothing worse than a smart-ass kid who invokes false logic.)
Best - 'A planet Obi-Wan has lost. How embarrassing.'
Worst - 'Mesa bustin with happines to see you again, Ani.'

The proper word is 'chute', not 'shoot', in this case.
Anyway, my turn...
Best line(s): Leia: 'I'd just as soon kiss a Wookiee.' Han: 'I can arrange that!'
Worst line: Anakin: 'Excuse me! I'm in charge of security here, m'lady.'
