Two of my favorite parts of Clones...
1 - Where Anakin tells Padme how he slaughtered the Sand People. I got chills during that part. Especially when he said 'I hate them!'
2 - At the end, the Imperial Theme we all have grown to love is playing and the clone army is assembling before Palpatine. If that didn't have Emperor writen all over it, I don't know what does.
The fight scene with Yoda was pretty amazing, but it was hardly a pivotal moment in the saga.

i'd have to say that my favourite moment was when Yoda flew in with the clones... there was just something disturbing about that sight...

I think it would have been funny if they pushed him out of the gunship to land in the middle of his friends.
