When ANH starts, Leia has the plans of the Death star! That means that Bail Organa will be the one whe gets the plans from Dokuu a.k.a. Darth Tyranus....
But I don't understand why? If they wanted Leia's security, they shouldn't have sent her with a man who has what the Emperor seeks the most ?!?!

Leia volunteered for the mission to obtain the Death Star plans. She was also instructed by her father to recruit his old friend Obi-Wan Kenobi. By the time of ANH Tyranus will be long dead.
