If so, there's a part in that book where Luke asks Leia about her mother. Could you please post what it is she says?

I read it 3 books ago, but I can't remember that part. Are you sure you don't mean RotJ? Because in the Ewok village Luke also asks Leia about her mother, and I'd find it rahter strange if he asked twice. And besides, what would be the reason to ask it in SotME?

I'll dig the book up eventually, but in the meantime, just to point out: Anything Leia says would be about the woman she *thinks* is her mother, that is, her foster mother, the wife of Senator Organa.
