Adios Jaster Mereel!
Hasta la Vista Mandalorian armor!
Au revoir Lords of the Sith!
What other fanfic-level inventions have been finally rendered obsolete?

no, it pissed me off, GL is the Daddy but he doesn't give a rats arse about keeping the timeline for his devoted fans. Canon or not, he couldn't give a toss. I'm stunned he actually let 'Coruscant' be the name of the Planet that housed the Rebelion and then the Emporer especially seeing as Timothy Zahn invented it.

I think you'll find that is not the case. GL had thought up coruscant before any EU stuff.

Actually mandalorian armour was still shown in AOTC. That's what GL called it in the first place. But Jango was a mandalorian warrior but Boba wasn't...

Nope. TPM mentioned Coruscant first.

Is that true, though? Was there ever an 'official' pronunciation of Coruscant before TPM or did we all just assume it to be pronounced that way?

Go ahead 'Karrde', make my day... way?
Coruscant is an actual word and not one which Zahn made up. It means giving forth flashes of light; glittering.

Actually the EU never named that.
Ummm - kind of confused here. I guess you are referring to the EU Sith Lords from the comics (set a couple of 1000 years back). Dooku refers to Sidious as a 'Dark Lord' - Vader is also one and has been one since dayone in '77. Maul and Tyranus are also Dark Lords of the Sith
Grand Admiral Thrawn - actually basically anything by Zahn, since everything revolves around thrawn. This also has a knock on effect to every book that mentions him.
guess that leaves the Bounty Hunter Wars.........
