Lucas has set up Episode III to be very tragic. Much like Romeo and Juliet, Anakin and Padme are forbidden lovers. They had a secret wedding. They will be victims of events that prevent their ultimate happiness. And in the end they both die. This could be the best SW yet if Lucas sets it up so that they miss happily ever after by a very slim margin.
